In his book Power vs. Force (1995), psychiatrist Dr. David Hawkins popularized muscle testing (applied kinesiology) as a method of assessing if the information is True or not. The human body weakens when exposed to falsehood. The body shows a measurable strength response when exposed to truth.
Muscle testing is a method used to tap into the Truths via Body Consciousness by observing how muscles respond to a simple physical test.
The idea is: when exposed to Truths, your body remains strong; when exposed to falsehood, your body weakens.
- How It Works (basic method):
- A common version is the body sway:
- You ask Yes or No question
- If your statement is True, your body sway forward.
- If your statement is false, your body sway backwards.
- Other versions exist too (like finger rings).
- A common version is the body sway:
- Uses in Spiritual Practice:
- Testing truth: “Is this person my Soul Parent? My Tein Ray?”
- Healing: Choose the right healing module by Muscle Testing.
- In Max Masahiro Ito’s framework, muscle testing is central to:
- Identifying Concurrents (parallel soul selves).
- Confirming Tein Rays and distinguishing authentic ones.
- Locating Nemesis relationships that need healing.
- Why It Matters:
- Muscle testing is considered a way to bypass the conscious mind (which can be biased or confused) and access the deeper soul-level truth.
- Truth level also can be assessed by Muscle Testing. The scale is from 1 to 12. The higher the score, the more trustful the information is. At this moment Truth Level 10 and above is considered as Truths.
- Alphabet Chart:
- You can use Alphabet Chart and Muscle Testing and make sentences.
- Alphabet Chart
- A I U E O
- B C D F G H J
- K L M N P Q R
- S T V W X Y Z
- Step 1: “Is the first letter in Row A?” If yes, then “Is the first letter A?” If no, then “Is it I?” If no, then continue until you find the first letter
- Step 2: If the answer of “Is the first letter in Row A?” is no, then, ask “Is it in Row B?” Then continue until you find the Row and Letter.
- Step 3: Move on to the second letter.
